15.17 and 3.01 acre unpatend placer claims for sale or joint venture.
Rideco I and II is 18 acres of placer mining claims with a commercial business plan filed with both BLM and the Forest Service. Both claims are in Weaver Creek at the base of Rich Hill in Yavapi county Arizona. This area ranks number one in gold and silver production in the state of Arizona with almost four million ounces of gold and silver produced. Nuggets the size of Irish potatoes were found on the side of Rich Hill, just a nugget's throw from our Rideco I and II claims giving the area its world famous name "the potato patch." This area is reported to have produced up to 2,000 ounces of gold per acre with the average size of gold from alluvial deposits of Weaver Creek described as the size of flaxseed.
Rich Hill is situated on our north and northwest borders with the Octave Gold Mines on our east and southeast borders. The Rideco I and II claims lie across Weaver Creek between the two borders. Gold in this area is up to 90% pure.
The Octave Mine to our east was one of the largest gold producers in the state with numerous quartz-gold veins, some as much as six feet wide. Because of faulting, the Octave Mine quartz-gold veins were lost in both the east and west directions. The veins to the east were later found and the Joker Mines started producing again. The major viens to the west under our claims were never found. The Octive Mining Company drilled a couple of test holes on Rideco I looking for the lost gold veins but never discovered them.
Both Rideco I and II have 40' to 60' of alluvial deposits throughout. Our Business plan is to produce gold from these deposits while we look for the quartz-gold veins we believe run under our claims using the latest tech equipment.
